Coach Odhiambo
I personally think that coaches have very little knowledge on teaching post offense, thus they go for a players with the most "upside" instead of looking for post skill. This results in post players who are very athletic, however, they lack the basic fundamentals to play the post. In the long run, these very capable players end up become role players. They are reduced to road blocks, speed bumps, and most important foul dispensers to go along with rebounding occasionally.
